When and where is Insight?
Insight will take place on November 16-18, 2025 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
When will registration open?
Sponsorship selection registration will open in January 2025. Attendee registration will open on May 15, 2025. Click here to join our email list to ensure you receive the announcement!
How much does it cost to attend?
Registration rates are as follows:
- Early bird rate: $1,375 if you register between May 15 - June 16, 2025
- Regular rate: $1,525 if you register between June 17 - October 16, 2025
- Late registration: $1,775 if you register between October 17 - November 18, 2025
- Day pass: $900 (Monday), $950 (Tuesday)
- HOV Lane (Group Rate): $1,425 if you register a group of three or more people from the same company between June 20 - October 16, 2025
Can I use multiple discounts or promo codes?
No, only one discount will apply to each registration. Discount codes cannot be stacked, including group rate discounts or discounts during promotional periods.
I've attended Insight in the past - any major changes this year?
We’re bringing back last year’s festival-style agenda and making changes based on your feedback to continue to elevate the Insight experience for all! There will be some exciting changes to the Insight Pavilion, more in-depth educational sessions, networking opportunities, and other surprises with lots of New Orleans flair throughout!
Can I bring a guest?
By popular demand, we will be bringing back guest passes this year for our Tuesday night event only. You can purchase a pass when you register (or modify your registration to add one on later) for $250.
Are you offering group rates again this year?
If you register three or more people from the same company at the same time, each registrant will receive $100 off if they register between June 20 - October 16. Discounts do not stack.
What does my registration fee include?
- 2.5 days of sessions, materials, networking and events. With access to over 200 educational sessions hosted by Trimble and industry experts, there is no shortage of content available to you.
- All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and Tuesday evening entertainment.
- Software labs and demonstrations, unlimited access to the Insight Lab for personalized help-desk questions and troubleshooting
- Industry and business speakers, as well as access to the Insight Pavilion packed with more than 80 different exhibitors and partners, plus six theaters loaded with informative content and lots of activities within Insight on the Green.
If I can register but can't attend, what is the cancellation policy?
If you request a cancellation by Friday, October 3, 2025, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations requested Saturday, October 4 through Friday, October 24 a 50% refund of the paid fees will be processed. Cancellations made after October 24 will not be refunded. Attendee substitutions will be accepted until Monday, November 17, 2025.
How do I book my hotel room?
You will receive a link to book your choice of one of the three conference hotels in your registration confirmation email. Please see our Hotel & Travel page for more information.
How can I pay for my registration?
Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) at the time of registration. No business invoices for attendee registrations will be issued. Please note that all funds are collected in USD.
Will transportation be provided?
We will be providing looping shuttle transportation between the three conference hotels and the convention center. We will also provide transportation to and from the Tuesday evening event. Note: we do not provide transportation to and from the airport.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration fee?
Your confirmation email includes a link to view a receipt for your registration. If you cannot locate your confirmation email and need it to be resent, please email insightconf@trimble.com.
If I am unable to attend, can someone attend in my place?
Yes, substitutions can be made up until Monday, November 17. To request a substitution, please email insightconf@trimble.com.
How do I modify my registration?
Click the link in your registration confirmation email to access your registration. Click on the "Modify Registration" option if you need to make changes. There is also an “Already Registered?” button on the landing page of our website where you can log in to your profile and make updates to your registration details. If you need to change your registration type (i.e. day pass to general attendee), please email insightconf@trimble.com.
When will I be able to see the detailed schedule of educational sessions offered and build my personal agenda?
We plan to finalize the session offerings and make them available to add to your personalized agenda in May 2025. You will be able to filter our session offerings by category and product to ensure you are viewing sessions that most closely align with your business needs.
How do I build my schedule?
Once you have registered for Insight, click "Log In" under the Registration tab at the top of the website, which will take you to your confirmation page. Click on "My Schedule" and you will be able to sort the agenda to find the sessions that interest you. Click on "Add Session" to start building your personal schedule. Once the conference app is live, you will be able to access your schedule there as well.

When will the mobile app be available?
The mobile app will be available to download about a month before the conference. You will receive an email with all the details.
Is there a dress code for the event?
We recommend that attendees dress business casual during daytime events, which are all held indoors. The venue will be air conditioned, so we recommend layering. For the Tuesday evening Turf Party at the Caesars Superdome, feel free to show off your team spirit and wear your favorite football jersey or T-shirt!
Can you provide more details on the evening events?
This year, we’re keeping Monday night open for attendees to enjoy optional evening activities provided by Trimble (for a separate fee), or to take the night to entertain clients and colleagues on their own. The evening is yours!
Our closing party will take place on Tuesday evening on the turf at the Caesars Superdome. Join us for an evening of food, drinks, music, games, and more. You won’t want to miss this! Transportation will be provided from the Convention Center.
