Getting to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is conveniently located in downtown New Orleans, just a short distance from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Whether you are arriving by air, train, or car, there are plenty of ground transportation options available to ensure your journey is comfortable.
Ground Transportation from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY):
- Taxi: The airport is approximately 13 miles (20 minutes) from the Convention Center. Taxis are available 24/7 at the airport's taxi stand. The fare is typically around $40 USD one-way.
- Ride-Sharing (Uber, Lyft): Ride-sharing services are available at the airport. Follow the signs to the designated pick-up areas. The cost of a ride to the Convention Center generally ranges from $30–$45, depending on traffic and demand.
- Airport Shuttle: Shared shuttle services to downtown New Orleans are available at the airport. Tickets can be purchased at the shuttle counters in the baggage claim area. A one-way trip to the Convention Center typically costs around $24 USD.
Conference Hotels
We have secured a conference room block at each of the below hotels. All three hotels are within walking distance of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, and we will also provide looping shuttle service.
Parking
If you’re driving to the conference, parking is available at all three of the official conference hotels (pricing subject to change):
- JW Marriott New Orleans: Valet parking is available for $47 per day
- Sheraton New Orleans: Valet parking is available for $46 per day
- New Orleans Marriott: Valet parking is available for $45 per day
For guests seeking a more affordable option, there are also public parking garages near the Convention Center.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?
We’ll be offering some deep-dive sessions starting at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 16. You’ll want to plan to arrive Sunday morning so you don’t miss out on this additional content.
Can I book my hotel reservation with the discounted rate before I register for Insight?
Registration for this event is required to book a reservation at one of the three conference hotels. You will receive the link to book your hotel with your registration confirmation.
What is the room rate?
Room rates range from $257-$312 depending on the hotel and room type. These rates do not include taxes and fees.
When is the deadline for booking a hotel?
Our negotiated room rates expire on October 29, 2025. You will still be able to book a room after that date, pending availability, but it will be at the prevailing rate.
How do I modify or cancel my hotel reservation?
You may modify or cancel your reservation by using the link provided in your confirmation email up until October 29. For changes made after that date, please email insighthotel@trimble.com.
Note: Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
