7 steps to make your presence at Insight more sustainable:

1. Material Selection - Partner with suppliers that also embrace sustainable and eco-friendly materials for your booth construction. Opt for recycled or recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact.
2. Modular Design - Consider using a modular booth that can be easily reconfigured for different booth sizes and layouts. This reduces the need for frequent replacements and allows for flexibility.
3. Transportation Efficiency - Select lightweight materials that are easy to transport, reducing the carbon footprint associated with shipping.
4. Resource Consciousness - Promote resource consciousness by minimizing single-use items.
5. Source Locally - Opt to source decor and signage materials locally to minimize transportation-related carbon emissions. Supporting local businesses also contributes to the regional economy.
6. Recycled Paper Products - choose a local printer that uses recycled paper, or prioritize digital communication whenever possible.
7. Donate Leftover Items - Collaborate with the venue or local organizations to donate remaining materials and giveaways after the event. We’ll have donation bins located in the Pavilion for your convenience.
